Our return policy is simple:
There are two major exceptions to our return policy:
Damaged Rugs During Shipping: While incredibly rare, incidents of rugs damaged during shipping do happen. If this has happened to you, please accept our most profound apologies. We will arrange for the return of the rug at no cost to you. We will ask you for a few photos and some information for our insurance paperwork.
Soiled/Damaged Rugs After Sale: We do not accept for return rugs damaged or soiled after purchase. However, we would be happy to recommend a rug care expert in your area; please contact us.
Contact Us Before Any Return: We require advance notification before any rugs are returned to us for a refund. Do not attempt to ship a rug back to us until you have spoken with customer service.
Packing Materials: We suggest that all customers keep the original packing materials with their rugs. This facilitates an easier return should one be desired.
Insurance: We require that the shipping carrier insure all rugs that are returned to us for their full value. Rugs that have been damaged in transit back to us will not be accepted for return; insurance protects all parties against such damage.
